Rachel Gardunio represents public
employers on a variety of labor, employment and education law matters.
Rachel’s most recent
experience involves representing school districts in certificated and
classified layoffs, and dismissal proceedings of teachers under the
Education Code.
Rachel has counseled
public agency clients on matters relating to public contracting,
construction, and procurement law. She has drafted, reviewed and
negotiated consulting agreements, professional service contracts and
construction contracts; she has also drafted and revised bid documents,
construction general conditions and procurement policies for agency
clients..
