Stacy Herberg’s experience centers on
representing employers in litigation in the areas of labor and
employment law.
Before joining LCW,
Stacy worked at a management side employment firm where she represented
employers in labor and employment law issues regarding employee
benefits, discrimination, wage and hour, FMLA and unfair labor
practices. Stacy also has extensive business litigation experience.
While attending law school, Stacy worked as an extern for the San
Francisco Superior Court and the California Court of Appeals.
Stacy received her
Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of
the Law, San Francisco, where she was the Executive Notes Editor for the
Hastings Communications and Entertainment Law Journal. During law
school, Stacy was a member of the Hastings Negotiation Team, and
participated in the Mediation Clinic, where she was a mediator in small
claims court. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from
University of California at Berkeley.
