
Elizabeth Arce provides representation and

retaliation, wage and hour, wrongful termination, investigations,
employee discipline and whistleblower issues.
Elizabeth is an
experienced litigator who is licensed to practice law in California and
New York. Her background includes litigating labor and employment cases
in both state and federal court, as well as before administrative
agencies including the EEOC and DFEH, and advising employers on a wide
range of workplace issues."
Elizabeth earned her
Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law, Jamaica, New
York and her Bachelors of Arts Degree in Philosophy and Political
Science from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles.
