
Adrianna E. Guzman, an associate in the Los
Angeles office of Liebert Cassidy Whitmore, represents clients in
employment litigation, administrative proceedings and arbitrations.
Adrianna regularly advises and represents clients in all aspects of
employment and traditional labor relations matters. She is experienced
in handling labor and employment matters under the Meyers-Milias-Brown
Act, the Education Employment Relations Act, the Public Safety Officers
Procedural Bill of Rights Act, and State and Federal civil rights and
family leave laws.
In addition, Adrianna presents training
programs and workshops for supervisors and managers on disciplinary
issues and harassment laws.
Prior to joining
Liebert Cassidy Whitmore, Adrianna represented public entities in
employment litigation and disciplinary actions.
Adrianna received her
Juris Doctorate at the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall
School of Law where she was a staff member for the Berkeley Journal of
Employment and Labor Law and an American Jurisprudence Award recipient.
She received her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in English
Literature from California State University, Northridge.
