Kristin Lindgren represents cities,
counties, school districts and other public sector employers in all
aspects of labor, employment and education law.
Prior to joining LCW,
Kristin represented public sector clients in labor negotiations,
grievance arbitrations, employee and student disciplinary proceedings
and in matters before the Public Employment Relations Board, the
Department of Fair Employment and Housing and the Department of Labor.
She counseled clients regarding the Brown Act, the Public Records Act,
the Charter Schools Act, the Education Code, the Family Medical Leave
laws and the federal and California discrimination laws.
