
A native of the Central Valley, Brianne L.
Marriott represents clients in all phases of labor relations, including
collective bargaining, contract administration, arbitrations, unfair
labor practice proceedings and representation elections. Much of her
labor relations practice has focused on representing school districts
and public safety departments.
Brianne’s employment law practice
encompasses defending claims of employment discrimination, harassment
and retaliation before state and federal courts. Brianne also
frequently represents clients before administrative agencies. In
addition, Brianne advises employers on a broad range of other
employment-related issues, including discipline, terminations, and
personnel policies and procedures.
She is a Board Member of the Fresno County
Young Lawyers Association, and is active with the ABA’s Development of
the Law Under the NLRA Committee. Brianne is also a Contributing Editor
to the ABA’s “The Developing Labor Law” treatise. Prior to joining
Liebert Cassidy Whitmore, Brianne practiced law in the Fresno office of
a large national labor and employment law firm.
