Carla McCormack represents clients in all
aspects of employment law, including
litigation and preventative counseling, employment discrimination and
harassment, contract disputes, wrongful termination, defamation, and
employee discipline. Carla is also a member of our Education Law group
and regularly advises our school clients on the range of issues they
face, from student rights and discipline to personnel matters including
teacher and classified dismissals, Board policies, and Education Code
requirements.
Carla is an experienced litigator in both federal and state court, as
well as administrative proceedings.
