We all want to be unbiased decision makers and fair in the conclusions we reach. Yet every day we make countless decisions based on information and assumptions garnered from past experiences. This can be the basis of unconscious bias. This session will discuss how to recognize and acknowledge your own biases and how to make objective, unbiased decisions. We will discuss how commonplace language and behaviors might communicate hostility to others (microaggressions) as well as strategies for having difficult conversations around bias.

This training is 1 hour and 20 minutes in length and costs $21. Upon completion you will receive an acknowledgement of completion for your records. (You may also forward this to your organization’s administrator.)
