This session will cover a wide range of issues related to representation with a new bargaining unit, including governing procedures and rules and compliance with the agency’s Employer-Employee Relations Resolution and PERB regulations.  The session will also focus on the importance of remaining neutral and other agency responsibilities.  The session will include examples of best practices in order to navigate the obligations of an agency whose managers have organized.
