Healing After a Strike/When Unions Cross the Line

Some see a strike as the ultimate breakdown of the labor/management relationship and job actions often result in emotional confrontations, aggressive rhetoric, altered perceptions of one another, and lasting hard feelings.

Once the strike is over, what are the ways in which management and the union can go about healing such rifts, so that productive interactions and joint problem-solving can resume? This webinar will equip you with some strategies and tools to restore and even strengthen relationships post-strike and possibly avert future conflicts.
