This webinar will explain how the key provisions of two recently enacted state laws – SB 525 (2023) (setting higher minimum wages for health care facility employees) and SB 1334 (2022) (requiring meal breaks for health care facility employees) – apply to public agencies.  The webinar will also provide updates on the law since the bills were passed and will discuss related litigation and other compliance trends, so your agency will know how to best ensure compliance with SB 525 and SB 1334.
