Labor negotiations can be a contentious and challenging process which may lead both sides to seek improvements. This training provides guidelines for successful communications and development of constructive and lasting employer-union-employee relationships. We will discuss strategies for streamlining the path toward reaching agreement at the bargaining table, and methods for improving interactions with key players. Two of LCW’s labor negotiations experts will share tips and tricks of the trade to help you master the labor negotiations process.
