Nathan T. Jackson is a highly skilled and aggressive litigator specializing in public agency employment law. Since joining Liebert Cassidy Whitmore in 2019, he has been at the forefront of defending government agencies in some of their most complex and high-stakes employment disputes. With a deep understanding of the intricacies of California constitutions, as well as extensive knowledge of relevant statutes and case law, Nathan has established himself as a leader in this niche and highly specialized area of law. Nathan has been involved in numerous high-profile cases over the past few years. Notably, he served as second chair in Alice Stebbins v. California Public Utilities Commission (2022), where he helped secure a unanimous defense verdict following a six-week jury trial.
