About Yesenia Z. Carrillo
Yesenia Zamora Carrillo is an Associate in the Fresno office of Liebert Cassidy Whitmore where she provides advice and counsel to clients in all matters pertaining to education, labor, and employment law. Yesenia works closely with community college districts, school district boards and administrators on various issues, including leaves, investigations, employee discipline, state worker’s compensation, reasonable accommodations, community partnerships, layoffs and workforce reduction. In addition, Yesenia provides advice and counsel on matters including employee contracts, settlement agreements, retention policies, wage and hour compliance and employment handbooks.
Yesenia regularly trains on a variety of topics, including: Preventing Harassment, Discrimination, Retaliation; Unconscious Bias and Elimination of Bias; Ethics in Public Service and Conflict of Interest; and Title IX.
Yesenia is very active in the community and serves in a leadership position for many organizations.
