Title Ix Regulations – Change Effective August 1, 2024

The revised Title IX regulations take effect August 1, 2024.  Districts must revise their policies and procedures, and ensure training requirements are met.  LCW offers training, forms, policies and procedures to ensure your institution is compliant with the Title IX regulations.  LCW has prepared federally compliant template Title IX forms to assist Title IX teams with the implementation of the regulations.
