City (2023) – Convinced a PERB agent to dismiss an unfair practice charge as untimely because the six-month limitations time began to run when the city notified the association that only one association representative could have paid release time to attend a PERB informal conference.

Police Officers v. City and CalPERS (2024) – Convinced the superior court that CalPERS correctly determined that three police officers were not eligible for a higher level of retirement benefits and did not violate the terms of their MOU.
