Bobbi Aleman

Bobbi Aleman joins Liebert Cassidy Whitmore as our new Human Resources Manager, bringing over 15 years of AM Law 100 experience in human resource management.  As part of the Human Resources Department, Bobbi’s focus will be on the seamless execution of day-to-day HR operations and communications, encompassing areas such as employee benefits, onboarding and offboarding, leaves of absence, metrics and reporting, employee record maintenance, the coordination of performance management, and supporting our Summer Associate and LEAP Fellow programs. Bobbi’s commitment extends to providing exemplary internal client services, including providing a supportive HR experience for all our LCW colleagues.

As an integral part of the Human Resources team, Bobbi is committed to the standardization of the HR processes across all five offices in California, contributing to initiatives designed to elevate employee engagement, retention, and experience.

Bobbi earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona prior to beginning her legal HR career.
