Jacqueline “Jackie” Lee is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Liebert Cassidy Whitmore where she provides advice and counsel on all employment law and litigation related matters.
Jackie has supported termination appeals for non-public safety employees and is currently involved in disciplinary appeal hearings for several public safety employees. Her work includes active litigation related to discrimination claims under FEHA, Title VII, and FLSA, encompassing both non-public safety and public safety employees.
Prior to joining LCW, Jackie served as an Associate at a prominent Southern California law firm where her practice involved labor and employment law matters, consumer defense litigation, general liability, and business litigation. Before this, Jacqueline externed for the Honorable Edward J. Davila at the United States District Court, Northern District of California. She was also a part of USC’s Post-Conviction Justice Clinic, where she successfully argued for her client’s release before the California Board of Parole Hearings.
Jackie received her J.D. from USC Gould School of Law. During her time at USC, she was the Senior Content Editor and a dedicated staff member of the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice. Jackie also served as Co-President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. Prior to law school, she worked as a paralegal for several years in business immigration. As an undergraduate, Jackie attended University of California, Berkeley where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History.
