Louis Lee is an Associate in the San Francisco office of Liebert Cassidy Whitmore where he provides advice and counsel to our clients in all matters pertaining to labor and employment law. Louis has experience in all phases of litigation and has handled matters ranging from investigations and antitrust class actions to administrative actions and False Claims Act suits.
Prior to joining LCW, Louis was an associate at a prominent Northern California law firm where he held a key role in managing offensive and defensive discovery, prepared executives for depositions and witness interviews and preparing responses to civil investigative demands. Louis has also driven success in commercial litigation in which he led pre-litigation efforts from initial pleadings through written discovery, document productions, depositions, motion practice, and summary judgment briefings.
Louis obtained his JD from University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), where he graduated cum laude and was a member of the Hastings Honor Society. During his time here, he was a contributor for the Hastings Law Journal, was a member of the Hastings Moot Court Team, served as a Legal Writing and Research Teaching Assistant, participated in the Hastings Startup Legal Garage. He also earned awards in the Snodgrass Appellate Advocacy Competition and Honorable Mention for Moot Court Best Oralist. As an undergraduate, Louis attended Tufts University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry.
