Patrick Marsh

Patrick Marsh is an Associate in the Fresno office of Liebert Cassidy Whitmore, where he provides expert labor and employment counsel and representation in a wide range of matters.
Prior to joining LCW, Patrick served as a Deputy District Attorney at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office. In this role, he managed a busy misdemeanor calendar and conducted felony preliminary hearings, demonstrating his adeptness in courtroom proceedings and case management. Before this, as a Law Clerk, he prepared worker’s compensation cases, managed trial and homicide calendars, drafted crucial legal motions and demand letters, defended clients in complex wage and hour class actions, and assisted with civil discovery and motion practice.
Patrick earned his Juris Doctor from New England Law Boston, where he was a Dean’s List honoree and a recipient of the Sandra Day O’Connor Merit Scholarship and Honors Program award. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, Los Angeles.
