Simone Del Barco

Simone Del Barco is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Liebert Cassidy Whitmore where she provides advice and counsel to our clients in all matters pertaining to labor and employment law. Simone has experience in all phases of litigation and has handled matters ranging from alleged violations of the Fair Employment Housing Act, California Labor Law and Wage and Hour law.
Prior to joining LCW, Simone was an Associate at multiple Southern California law firms where she managed litigation for class and representative actions as well as individual actions with a focus on employment issues including discrimination, harassment, and accommodations for disability and pregnancy.
Simone obtained her J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law with a certificate in Public Interest law. During her time at USC, she was an editor on the Hale Moot Court Executive Board, a student supervisor of the Post-Conviction Justice Project, and a Justice John Paul Stevens Public Interest Fellow in Summer 2020. She also conducted research in voting rights for Professor Franita Tolson. As an undergraduate, Simone attended the University of California, Berkeley, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in History.
