Tevon F. Edwards

Tevon F. Edwards is an Associate in the San Francisco office of Liebert Cassidy Whitmore where he provides advice and counsel in employment and labor related matters. Tevon also serves as an experienced negotiator.
Prior to joining Liebert Cassidy Whitmore, Tevon worked at a law firm in Washington State where he served as general counsel and labor negotiator for public school districts. In addition, Tevon worked as a labor negotiator for an employer-side non-profit organization that provided chief negotiator services for public and private clients within California. Tevon has vast experience in the variety of labor and employment issues facing employers and has expertise in labor arbitrations, wage and hour issues, unfair labor practices, public records, and employee discipline and terminations. Tevon has more than five years of experience in leading labor negotiations and advising on labor relations and policy, and he brings a variety of labor negotiation strategies to resolve challenging negotiations.
Tevon earned his J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law, where he graduated with honors and as a member of the Order of the Coif. During law school, Tevon served as a judicial extern in United States District Court, Western District of Washington for the Honorable James L. Robart. Tevon served as a Notes and Comments Editor for the Washington Law Review.
Tevon attended Reed College for undergrad where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Before law school, he taught eighth grade mathematics for Birmingham City Schools in Birmingham, Alabama.
